1 Hospitalized After Shooting In South Minneapolis

A person was hospitalized Saturday evening after being South Minneapolis News shot in the arm in south Minneapolis.

The Minneapolis Police Department says officers were called to the 3300 blocks of Blooming Avenue South, in the city’s Powderhorn neighborhood, around 5:40 p.m.

At the scene, they found a man who’d been shot in the arm. He had also crashed his car.

Emergency crews brought the man to Hennepin Healthcare Press Release Distribution Services In South Minneapolis for treatment. He is expected to be OK.
